If You Don't Make Over 100K, Good Luck Trying to Afford A Two-Bedroom Apartment in Los Angeles
Los Angeles is a wonderful place. Great weather, lovely people, plenty of art and nightlife...but if you move out here you better plan to be a successful real quick, because according to a new study you'll need to earn over $100,000 just to afford a 2-bedroom apartment.
The study done by SmartAsset looked at 15 major U.S. cities, and guess what...Los Angeles came in at number 4 for higher rent prices - San Fransisco still reigning supreme at number 1.
Just think...we might be depriving tomorrow's Meryl Streep, or Steven Spielberg of their rightful place in Hollywood when the rent sends them crying back to whatever cheap, Midwest haven they came from.
Anyone want to get three other people together and get a two bedroom? Shower-tubs make fine beds.
