President Trump and Mexico’s President Enrique Peña Nieto are in a war of words over who will pay for the proposed border wall between the U.S. and Mexico. The two presidents were scheduled to meet later this month, but after a tense series of statements and tweets, Mexican President Peña Nieto has cancelled the meeting. This decision comes a day after Trump signed an executive order to begin building the border wall between the U.S. and Mexico.
